hmm, thought he looked younger than that. nice signing i think. the guy has pace, and as mentioned in the trial matches thread, put in some decent crosses. made many good runs down the left, really stood out for only playing the one half. showed a bit of spark with his passes and turns etc. think he'll bring something to us off the bench.

if he plays down the left i would like him to start ahead of Pants unless he seriously lifts his game this season. I hope Coolio makes a few changes like that just to show no one is a certain starter on last years form.

Good on him for getting a deal. I know why SFC didn't sign him, still not entirely sure I agree with them either. Think he's potentially great squad material.

Fast, direct, and can cross or shoot. However is very one-dimensional. He can only play one position (LM, and nowhere else), and can be a bit predictable. Dominated last year's NYL (helped by being the oldest in the comp), but could be found out at a higher level. Interesting to see if he's keen to repeatedly run at defenders in the HAL if they keep getting the better of him (which is what I expect may happen).

Anyway, well worth the 1yr deal on bugger all cash like he's signed with you guys. Will be watching with interest. Ramsay on a good day > Pantelis on a bad day.
